No steering controls exist; directional changes are achieved solely through acceleration and braking on uneven terrain.

Tactical techniques include feathering the gas pedal on steep ascents to maintain traction without flipping backward. On descents, tapping the brake intermittently prevents the vehicle from gaining excessive speed and losing control. For jumps, releasing the gas in mid-air allows the vehicle to land flat, reducing the risk of a rollover. Upgrading the suspension first improves stability on bumpy surfaces, while engine upgrades are prioritized for tracks with long uphill sections. Collecting fuel canisters on the track extends run duration; players should deviate slightly from the optimal path to secure them when safe.
