Dot Dodge is a minimalist action game developed by independent studio Gamenauts and released in 2012 for web browsers and later mobile platforms. The game presents a single-screen arena where the player controls a small circular dot. The objective is to survive for as long as possible while avoiding a steadily increasing number of larger, hostile dots that move in predictable patterns. The player’s dot is stationary by default and can only move when the player interacts with the controls. The game ends when any hostile dot makes contact with the player’s dot. There is no scoring system based on points; the sole metric is survival time, displayed in seconds.
