Dilivery Challenge is a single-player logistics simulation game developed by PixelRoute Games and released in 2023. The game places the player in the role of a freelance courier operating within a procedurally generated urban environment. The primary objective is to complete a series of delivery orders within strict time limits while managing vehicle condition, fuel consumption, and traffic regulations. The game world is divided into distinct districts, each with varying road quality, traffic density, and customer accessibility. The player earns currency per successful delivery, which can be spent on vehicle upgrades, fuel, and repair kits. Failure to deliver on time or damaging the cargo results in a penalty to the player’s reputation score, which directly affects the availability of higher-paying contracts. The game features a dynamic day-night cycle and weather system that alters driving conditions, including reduced visibility during rain and increased vehicle wear on unpaved roads. Dilivery Challenge does not include a narrative campaign; instead, it focuses on a sandbox-style progression loop where the player chooses contracts from a dispatch board.

Gameplay mechanics are centered on route planning and real-time driving. Each delivery order specifies a pickup location, a drop-off point, and a time limit displayed in minutes. The player must navigate the city using a top-down map that shows traffic density as color-coded overlays. Collisions with other vehicles or obstacles reduce cargo integrity, displayed as a percentage. If cargo integrity reaches zero, the delivery fails. Fuel is consumed at a rate dependent on vehicle speed and terrain; running out of fuel results in a tow fee and loss of the current contract.

Operation controls are mapped to a standard keyboard or gamepad. On keyboard, the W key accelerates, S key brakes or reverses, and A and D keys steer left and right. The spacebar activates the handbrake for sharp turns. The M key toggles the map overlay, and the Tab key opens the dispatch board to accept or reject contracts. The E key is used to interact with pickup and drop-off zones. On a gamepad, the right trigger accelerates, the left trigger brakes, and the left analog stick controls steering. The A button interacts with zones, and the Y button toggles the map.

Tactical techniques include pre-planning routes to avoid high-traffic zones during peak hours, which are indicated by a red tint on the map. The player should maintain a moderate speed in residential districts to reduce collision risk and fuel consumption. Using the handbrake to execute controlled drifts around tight corners preserves cargo integrity better than abrupt braking. Prioritizing contracts with higher pay-per-distance ratios over short, low-paying jobs accelerates vehicle upgrade acquisition. Upgrading the suspension first is recommended, as it reduces cargo damage on uneven roads. The player should refuel at stations located near district borders to minimize detours.
