Gameplay mechanics are divided into three core phases: resource acquisition, production, and sales. Raw clay is extracted from a designated mining zone on the map, requiring the player to assign workers or automated excavators to gather it. Clay is then transported to a workshop where it is processed through a series of machines: a mixer, a shaping table, a kiln, and a glazing station. Each machine has a processing time and can be upgraded to reduce duration or increase output quality. Finished products are stored in a warehouse and sold via a storefront or through contracts with virtual customers. The game uses a real-time clock; time passes continuously, and customers arrive at intervals based on store reputation and product variety.

Operation controls differ by platform. On PC, the mouse is used to select buildings, assign tasks, and navigate the map. Left-click selects an object or unit; right-click issues movement or action commands. Keyboard shortcuts include the number keys for quick access to building menus, the spacebar to pause time, and the escape key to open the settings menu. On mobile, touch controls are used: tapping selects, dragging scrolls the view, and pinch gestures zoom in and out. A radial menu appears when tapping a building, offering options such as upgrade, repair, or assign worker.

Tactical techniques focus on optimizing production flow. Placing the mixer directly adjacent to the shaping table reduces transport time. Upgrading the kiln first is recommended, as it is the slowest machine in the chain. Maintaining a buffer stock of at least ten units of each product type prevents customer dissatisfaction during peak hours. Diversifying product recipes early, such as adding painted vases or decorative tiles, increases average sale price and attracts higher-paying customers. Investing in storage capacity before expanding production prevents bottlenecks. Regularly checking the contract board for bulk orders provides a steady income stream independent of walk-in traffic.
